What is the DevvE Network?
The DevvE Network makes it possible to interact with the same settlement engine that underpins DevvExchange, but in a way that is open and programmable. It is designed for builders who want to create new financial tools, tokenize assets, or test innovative applications in a secure and compliant environment.
Deployment Phases
The rollout of the network is structured in three stages to ensure both innovation and reliability:
- Testnet (available now): A free environment where developers can test integrations, APIs and workflows without financial risk. Transactions on testnet are rate-limited to prevent abuse but carry no cost.
- Staging (planned): A near-production replica of mainnet conditions. This stage focuses on performance checks, compliance testing and pre-deployment validation.
- Mainnet (upcoming): The fully operational network for live utility. Mainnet will enable settlement, payments, lending, token transfers, and more, with fees denominated in DevvE.
