DevvE Network

The DevvE Network is the public access layer of the DevvEcosystem, designed to open up the same deterministic settlement core that powers DevvExchange to builders, developers, and innovators worldwide.

The DevvE Network is the public protocol layer within the Devv Ecosystem. It provides access to deterministic settlement and modular financial infrastructure that can be used by developers, institutions and communities exploring digital finance.

What is the DevvE Network?

The DevvE Network makes it possible to interact with the same settlement engine that underpins DevvExchange, but in a way that is open and programmable. It is designed for builders who want to create new financial tools, tokenize assets, or test innovative applications in a secure and compliant environment.

Deployment Phases

The rollout of the network is structured in three stages to ensure both innovation and reliability:

  • Testnet (available now): A free environment where developers can test integrations, APIs and workflows without financial risk. Transactions on testnet are rate-limited to prevent abuse but carry no cost.
  • Staging (planned): A near-production replica of mainnet conditions. This stage focuses on performance checks, compliance testing and pre-deployment validation.
  • Mainnet (upcoming): The fully operational network for live utility. Mainnet will enable settlement, payments, lending, token transfers, and more, with fees denominated in DevvE.

Key Features

  • Deterministic settlement with no counterparty risk
  • Non-custodial architecture, users keep control of their assets
  • Cross-shard interoperability connecting public and private environments
  • REST APIs and SDKs that simplify integration
  • DevvProtect, a system for reversible or protected transactions
  • Scalability for both Web3 projects and enterprise adoption

What is possible on DevvE Network Testnet?

On the testnet, users and developers can already:

  • Create and manage accounts with two-factor authentication
  • Issue and transfer fungible tokens, NFTs, and in-game assets
  • Query balances and transaction history
  • Experiment with DevvProtect for added security
  • Build and test advanced workflows such as batching and monitoring

Looking Ahead

Future stages are expected to introduce:

  • Wallet SDK support
  • Administrative and developer portals
  • Expanded governance and integration tools

The DevvE Network is not just infrastructure, it is a collaborative foundation for the next wave of financial technology. The community can already participate by testing on the network, sharing feedback and helping shape its development.
